The bad? Dead batteries on delivery. The good? Customer service handled it as fast as possible and I should be receiving them shortly. Now to the product. I use my shotgun on my property to deal with wildlife and this is usually done at night. Using a handheld flashlight and the shotgun is foolishly awkward. This forend has a very bright and broad throw light, very well suited for the closer distances a shotgun is used for. It claims 200+ yards but is of limited value beyond maybe 100yds. Within that distance this is an excellent product. Seems sturdy and heavy built. With the forend tool supplied it's a much less than 5 min changeout.
