It's not exactly what I'd call OD Green, but still a good looking color that goes with black, FDE/Coyote, or green weapons. It is almost exactly the same dimensions as the Streamlight TLR-1HL, so it should fit most holsters designed for that light. The quality is also right there with the TLR, I had to check to see if Nightstick was licensed by Streamlight since they are so similar. The illumination is a bit different though. The Nightstick has much more flood than the Streamlight, lighting up much more of the area instead of a more direct beam. Some people may or may not like that over other lights. I personally like this better because it's easier to see my red dot reticle. The beams of my Streamlight or surefire lights are sometimes too bright to see my red dot, even with auto adjust, which could be a problem in a bad situation.
